Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FieldVine. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

FieldVine is a bolt-on app that helps you manage lockbox codes, keys and access, and connects to property-management software you already use. It's provided on a subscription basis.

Billing & trial

• FieldVine is $20 per month, per company, after a 30-day free trial.
• You add a card at signup; after the trial it renews monthly automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime — your subscription runs through the end of the paid period; we don't prorate partial months.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your account & data

You're responsible for your account, your team's access, and the credentials you connect. You keep ownership of your data. Don't use FieldVine for anything unlawful or to access systems you're not authorized to.

Third-party systems

FieldVine connects to third-party software (e.g. RentVine, RentEngine). We're independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we're not responsible for their services, availability, or changes to their APIs.

Availability & disclaimer

We work hard to keep FieldVine running but provide it "as is," without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FieldVine isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms; we'll post the current version here. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from FieldVine and the FixVine maintenance program (operated on behalf of LREI Property Management) about your maintenance work orders and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information — we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
