Privacy Policy

FieldVine ("we", "us") provides software that helps property managers manage lockbox codes, keys and unit access. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email and company, when you sign up.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your PMS connection — the API credentials you enter (e.g. RentVine) are stored securely to connect to your system on your behalf. You can disconnect anytime.
• App content — the lockbox/key inventory and notes you create in FieldVine.
• Basic usage/log data — standard technical logs to keep the service running and secure.

What we do with it

• Run the service, connect to your property software, and support you.
• Process your subscription (via Stripe).
• We do not sell or rent your data, ever.

Your PMS data

Most of your property data is read live from your own system each time — we don't keep our own copy of it beyond what's needed to show it to you. Codes and notes you save write back to your system where possible.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make FieldVine work — for example Stripe (payments), Microsoft/hosting (email and infrastructure), and the PMS you connect (e.g. RentVine). They only get what's needed to do their job.

Security & retention

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and store credentials securely. We keep your data while your account is active; on cancellation you can request export or deletion.

Your choices

You can disconnect any integration, export your data, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

Text messaging (SMS)

FieldVine — including the FixVine maintenance messaging program operated on behalf of LREI Property Management — may send you text messages to coordinate maintenance work orders and account updates among residents, property owners, and vendors.

• How consent is obtained: you provide your mobile number and agree to receive these texts when you sign a lease or management agreement, list a property for management, or are assigned to a work order. Message frequency varies based on your work-order activity.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out / help: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help; you may also email us below.
• No sale or sharing of mobile data: No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message data is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages (for example, our SMS carrier) and only as needed to operate the program.
